When Will My Items Ship?
Each item is made to order unless otherwise noted, so please allow 2-3 weeks on all orders (though it's often sooner). If time is sensitive, please contact me and I will do my best to try and accommodate.
What is Your Return Policy?
All purchases are final sale, but in the case of any unforeseen issues (product arrived damaged, etc or a problem comes up, you lose one earring) please contact me and I will do my best to help you out.

Materials & Care
What Materials Do You Use?
We only use 14k Gold-Fill metal and Sterling Silver in our pieces.
Sometimes we use brass for it's visual appeal but in the case of earrings, we always use Sterling Silver or 14k Gold-Fill for the earring wire.
How Do I Care For My Jewelry
We recommend cleaning your jewelry with anti-grease soap and water. Rinse & dry thoroughly.
